- Hi, I'm Hans Houtman, I'm Dutch, and I recently came to Denver with my American wife and co-founder of Syncscapes Consulting, Francine Juhasz. I am an executive coach, team facilitator, professional abstract artist and Kripalu Yoga teacher.

We customize training programs to help companies improve - from optimizing leadership and quality performance to capitalizing on cultural diversity, from conflict resolution and stress management to enhancing organizational cultural climates.
- What makes your product or service special or unique?

My European approach is based on my interdisciplinary background as transformational coach, corporate trainer and artist. I keep one creative eye on an organization's goals and another on the small, yet vitally important steps to achieve them.
- What is the most effective way for you to build a relationship with a client or prospective customer?

I have a special talent for tuning into clients to bring out their spoken and unspoken priorities. Through dialogue, I can bring each to a keener awareness of needs, strategies and solutions.
- How do you like to give back or support the community(ies) you serve?

I'd love to share my knowledge and experience with all kinds of groups through lectures to show how each one of us, no matter where we are now in our lives, can co-create a sustainable future and society by tapping into our deepest resources.

My greatest passion is making people in organizations aware how we are constantly creating lives of misery or lives of plenty. My others are playing guitar, doing yoga, singing, dancing, hiking, and the one I just outgrew. is reading far too much!
