- Hi-my name is DJ Thompson, I am a Mortgage Broker With America's Mortgage LLC. I partner with Bill Edwards who is also a new member at the Chamber. I love networking because it is all about meeting new friends and helping others!

I am a mortgage advisor and I help people structure their mortgages to determine what best fits in their financial situation and future goals.
- What makes your product or service special or unique?

My partner, Bill Edwards and I have 20 years in the business. We have both lived here since the early 70's. We want to be clients "Trusted Mortgage Advisors For Life" so we ALWAYS do what is best for the client!
- What is the most effective way for you to build a relationship with a client or prospective customer?

Meeting with them in person and truly listening to determine their needs and expectations.
- How do you like to give back or support the community(ies) you serve?

I am trying to start a non-profit organization for under-priveleged single mothers. God put us on this earth to help each other, and single mothers have struggles that are too numerous to count. I also have a heart for the homeless.
- What would you like business leaders to know about you and/or your business? (add something fun or interesting, hobbies, interests, etc.)

Every day of life is a blessing-we never know what to expect when our day starts. Singing is my passion-I sing on my church's Praise Team; love anything outdoors, the Rockies, cooking and I read 2-3 books weekly. I love golf, skiing, and all water sports!
