Technical sales guy who creates Raving Fans. Not slick or greasy. I conduct business and make it fun. We can share a laugh while working together, right?
Please describe your business:

Iron Mountain Data Protection. We store corporations' data, on tape or electronically, for disaster recovery and archive purposes.

What makes your product or service special or unique?

We are the only nation-wide player. Our customers can manage the assets we store via a Web Portal. We have helped companies recover from 200+ actual disasters - no one else has such expertise!

What is the most effective way for you to build a relationship with a client or prospective customer?

I ask pertinent questions, listen very well, consult on best practices, set up programs that make sense, and act as point person throughout the process. I am patient, understanding, and really really funny.

How do you like to give back or support the community(ies) you serve?

I volunteer for Special Olympics. I also own a golf company with my father and we work with several non-profits that have programs for underprivileged and at-risk children.

What would you like business leaders to know about you and/or your business? (add something fun or interesting, hobbies, interests, etc.)

I have such diverse interests! Family guy, private pilot, martial artist, marathon runner, butt of many jokes, entrepreneur, inventor, story teller, back packer, cherisher of long term friendships.
