My name is Nelson Roldan and I am the General Manager for the Wester Region for a convergence company called CCC Technologies. We help businesses nationwide overcome challenges through converged communication solutions.
Please describe your business:

Telecommunications is our business that entails voice, data, Unified Messaging, LAN/WAN infastructure, Professional Services, maintenance, implementation, and network assesments to name a few. We ony work with best of breed products and services.

What makes your product or service special or unique?

Our products in the telecommunications is best of breed. We work with Avaya, Extreme networks, Cisco, Juniper Networks, etc... To name a few but more than the products is our service. We will never just sell for selling sake. Are motto is to WOW.

What is the most effective way for you to build a relationship with a client or prospective customer?

The most effective way I build relationships with customers is to listen. Learn about my customers needs and wants and I would be honest in my assesment.

How do you like to give back or support the community(ies) you serve?

I would work with the schools in our area to help prevent dropouts. I would also would with shelters and stress the importance of an education.

What would you like business leaders to know about you and/or your business? (add something fun or interesting, hobbies, interests, etc.)

We at CCC Technologies stay current with business needs and trends. We are always at the forefront in technology too. We also like to have fun for business is not enough with people. We get to know each during business hours but after hours too.
