- I am the owner of Computer Skills Group, a company which offers computer support to individuals in their homes or work places. This is one-on-one personalized service about anything related to computer use. We are your own personal "IT Department".

Home users and companies too small to afford IT support services now have a place to turn. We won't keep you on hold for an hour or require you to understand unfamiliar accents. We come to your site and work with you one-on-one. Live quality service!
- What makes your product or service special or unique?

I don't like the way other repair services will install a new hard drive and leave all the work of restoring applications and data files to the customer. On my jobs, I prefer to actually finish the job, leaving minimal or no work for the customer.
- What is the most effective way for you to build a relationship with a client or prospective customer?

Customer's need to be confident that an IT person can be trusted to not take advantage of their lack of technical knowledge. I teach my customers how to do things for themselves, reducing their need to call me back again and again.
- How do you like to give back or support the community(ies) you serve?

Since 2004, my main volunteer activities have been centered around healthcare reform, both in Colorado and at a national level. I also serve on a number of committees within the Chamber, including the Chamber Connection.
- What would you like business leaders to know about you and/or your business? (add something fun or interesting, hobbies, interests, etc.)

My target audience is private individuals, a market avoided by most IT service businesses. These people need service just as much as larger organizations do and I am happy to fill that void.
