Search Engine Optimization: Your Web Business Development Tool

More and more companies are realizing the importance of their companies? websites in generating business?especially now, in these difficult economic times. Most websites get found when someone searches the internet using a tool like Google for a product, service or solution to a problem. If your site is not listed in the first few pages, these potential customers will never see your site and that means your site is not bringing business to your company.

It?s not enough to have a website or to have one that?s visually appealing. There are millions of sites on the internet that are just that. Millions that offer products and services that people want, yet, when people search for those products, the search results take them to one of your competitors.

Ever wonder why that is? Did you even know that?s happening? How do you stop it? How do you get your site to be seen by those looking for the products and services you sell?

SEO?Search Engine Optimization.

This seminar will give you an understanding of SEO and what it can do for your business. You?ll learn:
 What SEO is;
 The elements of SEO;
 What?s most important when developing your web marketing strategy;
 Steps you can take to improve your website?s visibility to the search engines used by more than 80% of web shoppers and researchers.

SPECIAL OFFER

The first 10 registrants to the seminar will receive a free audit of their website. The audit will show how the website compares to others on the internet, where the strengths are as well as where there might be weaknesses that should be addressed.

    I have a proposal in front of me for several thousand $$ to redesign and optimize my company site; and to use a "content management system" for its administration... I hope this session will provide some insight as to whether the proposal is one to accept.

Who attended?

    •  Good information. Not too long. Great food from Jason's Deli.
    •  Some of it was a little above my head, but it provided a lot of information and I feel like I can ask more intelligent questions as I move forward. Kudos to the presenters and fellow attendees who asked good questions.
    •  I thought there was some very helpful information presented. The speakers offered great, really easy tips that could be implemented immediately.
    •  I was one of the presenters. The attendees made this a great experience for us. We came in hoping to share some easy to implement SEO components and give them advise on things attendees could use and do themselves. I think from the evals so far that we succeeded in that. The attendees were outstanding. They demonstrated that they really care about this subject and asked questions that were on point and of value to everyone in the group. Thanx to all for their participation.
    •  The people at QGenysis put out a lot of usefuly information for those wanting to get their web site moved up on search engine listing. Very helpful!
    •  The information was extremely useful - and user friendly! The staff was personable and professional. Thank you for an excellent seminar!
    •  Interesting in looking at key words. Have questins yet on how to register with Google? Length of 2 hours not given in invitation, just starting time of 4 p.m. Good presentations. thank you
    •  This was a great seminar, giving everyone some information about what they could do to increase their inbound traffic from search engines. For people who are not of a "do-it-yourself" mindset, they also talked (briefly) about how their company could help.
    •  This meeting is exactly the type of meeting that defines the Chamber at its best. One Chamber member willing to share some of the details of their own business to other members of the Chamber to better enable them to contact potential customers. The speakers were great and the subject matter extremely appropriate for small businesses wanting to expand their customer base. As you can tell I was impressed.
